Wii!!!

Finally got my Wii… So at least got something to keep me company when I am alone… hiaks!!! i mean if Estelle is not around and if my guy is not free… Hmm… Anyway, I think I may have some problem adapting to it because the controls are different from the typical PS & X-box kinda controller… I got the WiiFit too… Hahaha, can do yoga and lose weight!!! I hope… :P

Yay!! will get to fetch Estelle home tomorrow night because Wed is a public holiday… can at least squeeze a night and day with her… then another 2 days, will get to fetch her again on Friday night… Sometimes it’s very heart aching when she speak to me over the phone and tells me that ‘Mummy, I want to go your house…’ in the very begging kinda tone… Hai… Then my answer will always be ‘Mummy is working so cannot fetch you home…’ 

I have been trying to learn Japanese too cos’ I am always watching Jap drama so thought maybe learn how to listen and speak… :P  Got the dummies book but it seems like quite tough with all the grammer etc… Hmm, slowly ba… hahaha…

So F1 is officially over and I can finally concentrate on my work which had been delayed because I was too busy with F1… No slowing down though, will still be as busy plus more work again… no choice lor… can’t slow down, if not, will create more backlog… hahaha…

Drooling over hot male meat!!!

Hiaks!!! Since F1 starts tomorrow with the test drive in circuit, I think I mentioned what happened the other day when I went for a recce at the race circuit and vicinity…

My colleagues and I were at the recce to discuss about F1 since we were having deployment of duties from Fri - Sun… While we were at the Singapore Flyer, along the roadside, there were this 2 ang mohs walking out of the restricted area and they crossed the road towards our direction… And they were wearing the Ferrari F1 polo shirt (Ferrari Red in colour!!!) and berms (Ferrari Red in colour also!!) so I guess they must be the Ferrari crew… They were tall, built and damn handsome!!! Wah lao eh… They got the look and the charisma… See already also cannot tahan, really drooling over them… But they kinda walked really fast like as if they were rushing for something.. Though it was only like maybe 10 seconds of watching them, I think that 10 secs made my day… hiaks!!! And I think I blushed… hahaha… can’t believe I can actually blushed even when I am so freaking old… :P

Too bad my deployment is far away from the race area… then cannot catch the cute and handsome ang mohs of the race crew… never mind, watch them on TV… hahaha…

Finally, F1 is here… and it will be over in 3 days after so many months of planning and getting ready for this event… Well, isn’t all the events are like this… so many months of planning and it’s over within a few days… Hai… Wun get to see Estelle this weekend cos’ on duty on Sat & Sun… Sianz… tomorrow is the 1st day of deployment but I am off… maybe I go Sentosa… :P  see how first… suddenly feel so lazy… maybe stay at home and watch my Jap drama… then in the evening go over to chalet… Chalet was booked by one of my ex colleague for gathering with all the other ex colleagues but the dates clashed with the F1 dates… so alot of them may not be going because most of them on duty… sianz…

Distraction!!

I have been wanting to write about the above TV show ‘Distraction’… It is regularly shown on Channel 5 on Sunday nights, if I am not wrong, @ about 12am or 12.30am… It is actually a game show and it’s really funny… Couldn’t stop laughing whenever I watch it… The host is especially funny cos’ he does not laugh when he tells a joke or when he was sacarstic… Hiaks!!  In short, the game is about answering questions while being distracted by some weird means… One example I will give is that while questions were being asked, the contestants will have to squeeze her/himself in a phone booth with naked people… whahaha… Yes, totally naked however the private areas of the body were being blurred out… But it was really funny…

2 more days to go before F1 duty… Hai… but good also because at least after that, I will have more time to clear all my backlog… sianz… more work again as usual though… with more work, will definitely need more chilling and relax time right?  hahaha… so for the past 2 nights, just so happen to be able to catch up with 2 different groups of friends over some drinks… Think tonight I shall catch up with myself alone at home, to sleep early and refresh myself with more sleep since slept late past 2 nights… :P 

Had been in a minor car accident yesterday morning… but no worries cos no one was injured during the accident… wasn’t shaken also because I kinda saw it coming as I knew the car couldn’t brake in time.. and fortunately as I was able to foresee the accident, I kinda streched out my hand to support myself on the dashboard (I was the front passenger) to prevent myself from jerking towards and hitting the windscreen (I wasn’t wearing the seatbelts :P)… Okok, I will wear seatbelts when I am the front passenger in the future… :P 

Hmm, kinda keep losing my train of thoughts recently… nvm… will try to jot down what I want to blog about as nowadays dun really log on everyday to blog cos’ busy… Hee…

No thoughts except for work

Life has been so boring since 1st Sept… And it’s been 3 weeks… It has been made boring because of work… Been working like mad since then and still had been working hard… Well, I doubt I can relax a bit unless I get posted out… Hahaha… I think I have to pray really hard or wait very long for that…

Estelle just went back and she made my weekend again… She helped me through the weekends because without her, I think I will be like a zombie, like during the weekdays… I dun even have time to have lunch during my lunch hours… yes, I’m that busy… I guess nobody really notice that because like always, everyone thinks that I’m a superwoman… hahaha…

Estelle is growing up really quickly… Another 3 months and she will be in nursery… after a year later, she will be in K1… Wow, time really flies… Oh, I told her that I am going to bring her to Disneyland when she is 6 years old… Hee… I had never brought her overseas alone (previously was with my ex into Malaysia)… So thought maybe bring her to have fun before she starts school… Kinda start to worry for her because her attention span is limited and whenever I want to teach her to recognised the alphabets, she gives me the blank look while staring at the alpha chart… Hai… Slowly and patiently ba… Or am I too eager as parent?  Hmm…

Very stress ah…

No need me to keep repeating… damn stressed with work… more things keep coming up… non-stop one leh… finish one task then comes 2 tasks… finish 2 tasks comes 3 tasks… Hai… got to cope lor… think I am falling sick soon…

Seriously think I need a long break… Hahaha… I think see how ba… got to cover my boss in Oct so the only time probably to take long leave will be in Nov ba… Hmm… Anyway… nowadays really dun have the mood to do other things… But looking forward to tomorrow because picking Estelle up again!! Hee… When there is so much work, time really flies…

Think I will go watch some TV before catching some sleep… I think my insomnia is back… Hai…

am I getting enough sleep?

Hai…. slept at 2 am plus and woke up at 8am… wanted to sleep longer but just couldn’t sleep any more… The most I am just lying on my bed with my eyes open so what the hell, just wake up and at least do something… then probably in the afternoon sleep again ba…

Hmm, thinking of catching a show in the afternoon alone and then after that, meet up with a girlfriend for some drinks at clarke quay… Hee… See whether she can confirm our date or not.. If not, most probably I will just stay at home today…

My stomach is feeling upset again… dun know why it suddenly started churning also… went to the toilet once however, not much things came out from my ass… :P But there are still some traces of chilli in my crap… :P okay okay, enough of describing my crap, else people might think that I am sick…. ha ha ha…

I think I will go crap again… or should I just sit on the toilet bowl and stay there?  Hiaks!!! Hope this doesn’t lead to diarreoha… Hai…

ass on fire!!!

My ass is literally on fire… Stomach upset due to too much chilli on my duck rice… :P  Now feeling a bit better after a few trips to the toilet… Hiaks!!! My friends know I eat too much chilli all the time.. usually I eat chilli padi and lots of it.. Hee…

Just sent Estelle back to her Daddy’s house and now I’m alone… Sat night and alone… Hai, kinda pathetic.. But at least got some time to blog… Nowadays very busy with work so no time to blog…

The other day when I was waiting for the bus to go back home, saw this middle-aged Malay couple quarreling… actually not really quarreling… the guy stopped his car at the bus stop, the girl came out of the car and waited at the bus stop… after that, the guy left the car at the bus stop and walked away… girl shouted at him for a few times but he did not turn around at any time and continued to walk… Think she also fed up and she went back into the car and took over the wheel… Drove away… Fortunately she knew how to drive, if not, she will be stuck there…

Hai, kinda sad to see such things happen de.. cos’ it reminds me how sour a relationship can turn to… why can’t ppl just sit down and talk it out rationally?  Why must they let their anger get to their heads?  Why can’t they remember how they fell in love with each other at the start?  Hmm… What about the good times?  There will always be ups and downs but why give up during the downs?  Hmm… Guess everybody has their own views about love ba…

Hmm, what should I do tomorrow??? I think maybe go catch a show myself or see how ba… oh yes, the other day I cooked Japanese curry… Hahaha… fortunately he said that it was nice… but it has to mah, cos’ it is one of my signature dish leh.. :P Hee… Very sweet of me right??? hahaha… Aiyah, forgot to take Estelle’s picture again… Wanted to post her picture (with her short hair) on friendster… So funny, the other day I showed my friends her picture and I said that she looks very pretty and cute hor… then my friends say that I said that because I wanted them to say ‘like the mother right?’.. whahahaha… No lor, she is really cute mah… Hee…

Moody these few days…

Hmm… Dun know why these few days feeling a bit moody… Maybe due to stress at work ba… Extra work comes with each day… Doing my own work, others’ work etc… Hai… No choice ba, guess I am too efficient that is why I get so much extra work… not under me, boss also ask me to do… need to do, just do lor… Hai, dun know if my work will be appreciated or not… I am struggling so hard everyday to clear the work of my own and others, then given more work everytime I finish the old ones… Sometimes, just feel that I should just relax and take my own time since I finish it fast, I will get more work to do… But well, that is just not me… Think I need to slow down my steps a bit, if not, sure fall sick really soon… 

Today took half day leave cos’ really dun feel like working and need to clear my leave anyway… hahaha… came home and slept for a while… then cooked some dinner which I am also going to ta pau for lunch tomorrow for myself and him… Hee… Wun say what it is cos’ want to give him a surprise… :P Hope that it is edible to him… I think it’s nice lor cos’ it’s one of my signature dish.. :P  Yes, I can cook hor… Hiaks! Got to reward him a bit since he had been putting up with my lousy moods recently :P 

Actually I will still be busy after F1 to clear some staff work… To think of it, it is alot… Hai… Doubt I can relax after F1… Damn!  Aiyah, dun think about it… just concentrate what I have to do now ba… No point worrying about the future or what it may bring… Most importantly is now right?  Hee… Seize the moment…  

Going to watch some TV and hopefully can sleep early tonight… need some precious sleeping hours as haven’t been sleeping well again… Hai… Stress ah…

Aiyoh, new software for blog

I think I haven’t been blogging so even when Friendster had a new software for blogging, I didn’t even know about it… Anyway, it looks very complicated but for me, anything (with regards to computers) are complicated… Hiaks!!! Hopefully I know how to do the minimal like how to publish this post… :P

Busy busy busy again… no time to relax during work… just work and work and F1 will be coming in about 3 weeks time… so really busy to tie up all the knots and stuff and prepare for the actual event.. Hai… Plus all the other daily work thingie so very busy… Hopefully after the event, will not be that busy…

Fortunately didn’t plan any hols in Thailand Phuket for this month… Actually thought of going for a short trip in Sept/Oct in Phuket… So quite lucky that I didn’t do any booking if not, plans sure get disrupted due to the protesting in Thailand… :P  My buddy suggested to go for a diving trip in Oct but this time around, I told him I dun want to plan anymore because the last time I planned in Aug, he played me out… Hai… after all the arrangement, in the end, didn’t manage to go… so this time, I told him if he wants to go, he will have to plan for it… :P

sometimes just feel mentlly tired because of all the work in mind… getting a bit absent-minded too… Hai… Okay okay, enough of work…

Spent the weekend with Estelle and she looks so cute!!! with her short hair!!! just like when I was small, with the mushroom hairstyle… :P She got lots of thick hair, just like me… But she looks much prettier lor.. Hee… Just sent her back but missing her again… Hai… This weekend didn’t bring her anywhere cos felt that it will be really crowded since it’s the last weekend before school reopens tomorrow… maybe will bring her out next weekend ba…

Got some mooncakes from Bakerzin… Quite nice ya… The lotus paste is really smooth and very delectable… Hope I dun grow fat again like during the new year when I got cursed by the Ba-gua curse… :P Wow, time really flies… I thought the new year just gone by nia… Another 4 months and I will hit 30!!! Wah piangz eh… Estelle is already 3 and she will be starting nursery in Jan… soon she will go to primary school le… Hai… so fast… Dun know whether she will be able to do well in school or not… I think she may be a bit too introvert when it comes to unfamiliar environment… But she shouldn’t have a problem in merging and adapting into the environment…  Hmm… No worries, I studied psychology so will be able to help her… Hee…

Weather is unpredictable…

The weather nowadays is really unpredictable… One minute it was hot and the next minute, it is raining cats and dogs… Practically raining everyday for the past few weeks… Hmm… I love the rain but let it rain the whole day rather than sunny for a while then rain for a while… It’s like if it happens like this, I will not be able to decide on what I should wear to go out… To wear something thick (for a cold day) or to wear something thin (for a warm day)… So everyday I am just trying my luck, hopefully my decision to wear thick or thin will go in accordance to the weather…

I am still freaking busy at work… the only time I can take a break is after office hours.. just come home to relax but maybe I’m too stressed so wasn’t able to sleep soundly at night… Hai… I can only sleep soundly when Estelle is around… Hee… missing her, very much…

Man, another 2 working days before the weekend… another 2 busy days non-stop, from 9 - 6 each day and most times, working through lunch… Hai… so sad…

Estelle’s birthday today…

Today is 1st Sept and it’s Estelle’s birthday!!! Celebrated for her during the past weekend with a family dinner and a cake… Hee… She loved the strawberry shortcake from Bakerzin too… Even though the strawberries were a bit sour, she loved it… hahaha… Spent Friday and Saturday with her… It was fun as usual… She’s growing up really fast… Hmm…

Anyway, managed to complete my nike+human race on Sunday… Haven’t been running for about 1-2 months and guess what’s my lousy timing?  hahaha… I clocked 1 hour and 26 minutes for 10km… I am ranked 7539 in Singapore… wah lao eh, no wonder I didn’t get to see any 100plus drinks at the end area… all finished liao… whahaha… Connie clocked 1 hour and 22 minutes, Chee Weng at 1 hour flat and my bro at 1 hour and 7 minutes… I am the last one leh… Hai… :P I was practically struggling and realised that, after not running for so long, my stamina had taken a huge cut from the last time when I did running regularly… Dun know whether I can survive the next 10km run… whahaha… anyway, I completed it and I did not walk except for times when it was so crowded till no space to run and while drinking my water… Other than that, I think I did well cos’ I did not stop and walk at all… Hmm… But a bit slow lah… Hai… okok, will try to do a bit better for the great eastern women 10k run… Hai… I nearly fainted at the end of the race somemore… cos’ after completing, supposed to return the chip to the organiser so I bent over to remove the chip from my laces… after that, I lifted my head and stood up, suddenly I got really giddy and nearly black out so I quickly shook my head vigourously to rid the giddiness… wah piang eh, heng man… if not, sure damn embarrassing de… whahaha…

Caught some movies too… Wall-E and Mad About English… Both is good but Wall-E is better… Because Wall-E is so romantic and touching… Hai, I go all weak for romance lah… So sweet too lor… aiyoh, even between robots, there can be love… I guess that helps to encourage those who have yet to find true love ba… :P Even though Wall-E and Eve are so different, they are still attracted to each other… think that happens in real life too, doesn’t it… Hmm… Most importantly, it’s how you accept the other for who they are, not what you want them to be… Hmm…
